Shareholder Daniel Thies is now the third Webber & Thies attorney to serve as Chair of the Champaign Urbana Schools Foundation (CUSF) Leadership Operating Board. Since 1988, the Foundation has invested in educators and students by supporting creativity, innovation, and excellence in Champaign and Urbana public schools. Daniel is a graduate of the Champaign public schools and three of his five children currently attend a Champaign elementary school.

At the 365 Club Breakfast on August 23, Daniel encourages attendees to support the Foundation by pledging $1 a day (or more) to ensure teachers and students thrive in a supportive environment.
