Richard Thies Remembered as a “National Treasure”

The Champaign-Urbana News-Gazette honored senior Shareholder Richard Thies with a feature article after his passing. With quotes from attorneys and friends near and far, Dick was remembered as a “lawyer’s lawyer” and “consummate statesman,” as well as a family man, pilot and musician.
