Alternative Dispute Resolution
Our firm has significant experience working in the area of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), both on behalf of clients, and through the service of firm attorneys as mediators and arbitrators.
We believe strongly in the benefit of ADR. Mediations and settlement conferences can be very useful in positioning the parties—as early as possible—to make sound strategic decisions that will lead to a favorable resolution of the case. Arbitrations can also be very useful, in many cases reducing the costs of litigation within the court system, and providing neutrals with greater awareness of the particular area involved.
