Our firm has had significant experience working with clients as to both traditional energy power plants and alternative energy facilities, including the following:
Traditional power plants. Plants using traditional forms of fuel, such as "peaker" power plants, with such services as assisting with environmental permits, water, distribution, zoning and construction permits, coordination with local residents and governmental entities, prevailing wage issues, construction contracts and the pursuit of grants and governmental benefits.
Alternative power plants. Ethanol plant production and planning, including such services as are referenced directly above.
Wind driven power production. Wind towers including, construction, planning, leasing, power, access and distribution and easements.
